Dave Lukrich

As the founder of Angelrush, Dave has a proven track record of success incubating digital media and eCommerce brand entities that generate millions of dollars in revenue through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a proprietary customer acquisition platform.

Dave is an enterprise software veteran turned consumer-internet business entrepreneur. He is passionate about developing and nurturing early stage companies with a focus on customer engagement and retention to drive unprecedented growth.

Scott Roix

Scott is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in business operations. Scott joined AngelRush in 2012 as the COO and played a pivotal role in developing a successful direct-to-consumer platform.

Scott currently serves as the CEO of HealthRight and oversees all eHealth programs, the member outreach center, and care service center in Florida. He is committed to achieving the highest levels of performance to deliver on the HealthRight mission of bringing convenience and cost savings to households across America.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Political Science from Florida State University in 1989.

Matthew Stern

Matthew is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and business operator with 11 years of expertise in customer acquisition and performance marketing. He joined AngelRush as a partner in 2009 and also serves as the Co-Founder and VP of Customer Acquisition for HealthRight, LLC. Matthew developed the innovative multi-channel Customer Engagement Platform for HealthRight that reaches, educates and engages healthcare customers with customized product experiences. His efforts have created $40M in revenue and counting since 2015.

Prior to AngelRush, Matthew led customer acquisition efforts for Syndero, Inc. As the company’s Media Director, Matthew helped grow sales from zero to $60M between 2006 and 2009, making Syndero, Inc. the Bay Area Times' fastest growing company in San Francisco.

As a co-founder of AngelRush, Matthew has led the launch of several business lines: TapRush, a mobile advertising agency; BlitzSF, a social media agency; Inventis Partners, a brand management company; HealthRight, LLC, a consumer health services provider; and Ensurem, LLC, an online insurance marketplace. Today, Matthew manages and optimizes customer acquisition campaigns for AngelRush companies and brand name consumer products, overseeing all mobile media buying, search, and affiliate marketing activities.

Matthew earned a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications at the University of California at Berkeley.

Vince Delcorso

Vince is an accomplished entrepreneur who has started and run direct marketing businesses over the last 25 years in several industries. Vince joined AngelRush as VP of Operations of the Florida Call Center in 2012 and is also a member of the Executive Team for HealthRight where he oversees operations in the Patient Outreach Center.

Prior to HealthRight, Vince served as one of the founders of Vici Marketing and played an instrumental role in growing the company from 30 tele-sales agents to more than 600 full time agents. Vince specializes in lead acquisition, data management, and data mining.

Vince’s extensive experience in this field has enabled him to analyze the most qualified prospects for all marketing campaigns which results in more satisfied customers for the company.

Vince is also a licensed real estate agent and has sold out multiple vacation ownership resorts throughout Florida and the Bahamas.

Vince earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1989.

Scott McManus

Scott has more than 17 years of experience building managing divisions and teams for global brands and Fortune 500 companies. Scott joined Syndero in 2006 and then became a partner when Syndero became AngelRush in 2009. Scott also serves as the VP of Performance Marketing for HealthRight, LLC. He has a proven track record of success with product launches, brand development, product strategy, advertising, marketing, testing, and optimization.

As a member of the executive team for HealthRight, Scott utilizes his expertise in leveraging engaging content and optimizing the user experience. He manages multivariate testing across HealthRight platforms to connect consumers to solutions that will ultimately improve their health.

Prior to AngelRush and HealthRight, Scott served as the Creative Director for Monster.com where he launched highly successful viral marketing campaigns, founded a new in-house design agency that generated $2M in annual revenue, and was recognized for his instrumental role in driving over $15M in revenue as a member of the marketing strategy team and creative team leader.

During his career, Scott served as an executive at Iconic Labs, a nutraceuticals and beauty product company and the VP Creative Director of Academic Partnerships where he was responsible for overseeing a 30-person team of designers, developers, copywriters, and project managers. He worked with over 60 public universities to manage their online direct marketing efforts and ad campaigns. The client list included UVA, FIU, LSU, Notre Dame, Penn State, and USC. Scott was the Senior Art Director for i33 Communications, LLC, a full-service interactive agency recognized as one of the top interactive web design agencies in the United States, from 2005 to 2006.

Adam Vanbibber

Adam brings 11 years of performance marketing expertise to his role as the VP of Analytics for AngelRush. He has a passion for answering the ‘whys’ of business performance and has developed his marketing, media, and operational strategies using data-driven analysis methods with a strong focus on user engagement and attribution KPIs.

Using a deep analytics approach, Adam has successfully optimized and sustained numerous media and marketing campaigns for the healthcare, education, insurance, and consumer products industries. He builds and optimizes multi-channel engagement and marketing strategies using leading technologies and proprietary data analytics tools to better understand current acquisition vehicles, backend processes, and user engagement.

Prior to joining AngelRush in 2014, Adam served as the Senior Director of Marketing for Academic Partnerships, designing and implementing a custom front-end analytics and A/B testing platform while also defining a process around creative optimization and promotional campaign management. Before Academic Partnerships, Adam served as the Director of Marketing for Iconic Labs where he led a team focused on data driven analysis and optimization of large scale client content marketing programs leveraging content, advertising, social media, and publishing technologies. Clients included RXforBrownSkin.com, OOKISA.com, and Ripfire.com.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel.
